Equestrian community advocates for safety measures on roadways 1 year after crash

“A horse doesn’t understand the world that we live in — the modern world the way that we all do. And so, we need to take responsibility for that as people and recognize that they’re flight animals and give them the space and the safety that they need to feel comfortable to keep everybody safe out there,” Hersh said.
